What a Parallel Dialer Costs a Five-Rep SDR Team

For a five-rep SDR team dialing a typical 210 dials a day per rep, month to month, the whole monthly bill runs from $360 with CloudTalk's Parallel Dialer add-on to $1,495 with Salesfinity's Gold plan. CallCloud, which makes this site, charges $625 for five seats of its Parallel Dialer, at $125 a seat a month. The calculator below prices every vendor that publishes a price, and it breaks each bill into its parts: the plan, any base seat it requires, a phone number when none is included, and usage past the allowance. Set your reps, dials a day, dialing days, billing term, and lines, and the table re-prices itself.

Compared at five lines per rep by default, because a three-line seat is not the same seat; choose "Any" to include three- and four-line plans. Per line is the monthly bill divided by the plan's lines. Whole recurring bill per month: plan, any base seat it needs, a phone number where one is not included, and usage past the allowance. Each answered call on a per-minute meter counts as one minute, so metered bills here are a floor. Unpublished overage is modelled at 2 cents a minute and flagged. Euro prices at 1.1206 dollars (ECB, 2026-10-09), before tax. Prices read from each vendor's own pages on 2026-10-09.

The headline numbers move more than most buyers expect, because a per-seat price is not the same as a team total, and because the order changes when the team dials harder. Both points are below.

The Five-Rep Bill, Month to Month

At 210 dials a day per rep, 21 dialing days a month, here is what five seats cost, month to month where the vendor sells month to month. The dialing assumptions come from CallCloud's own fleet: a typical rep day is 210 dials, and 47% of dials are answered by a person or a machine.

The spread is more than 4 to 1 from top to bottom, and every vendor in the table sells a seat with at least five lines, so these are comparable products dialing at least five numbers at once.

Who cannot sell to five reps as-is

Three vendors cannot quote a five-rep team without either extra seats or a conversation. Orum publishes a nine-seat minimum, so a five-rep team would buy four seats no one uses, and Orum does not publish a price anyway; Ascend pricing is on request. JustCall and Nooks both have a two-seat minimum, which five reps clear, but both are also price-on-request only, so they appear in no bill here.

Klenty deserves a flag on billing rather than seats: it has no month-to-month option. Its $80-a-seat Sales Dialer Pro price is billed annually, so the cheapest way in is a year of commitment.

Per seat versus the team total

Read the table by seat and a cheap per-seat price can hide a bigger team bill. CloudTalk's Parallel Dialer add-on is $39 a seat a month, but it requires a Lite plan at $27 a seat, and no phone number is included, so the add-on alone understates the bill. The calculator's $360 team total is the plan plus the base seats plus a number plus usage. Enzo Dialer's Starter is $120 a seat, and the five-rep bill at $600 reflects that a flat per-seat price scales in a straight line.

The same works in reverse. CallCloud's $125 a seat looks mid-priced by itself, but it includes a phone number and unlimited calling with no fair-use ceiling, so the $625 team bill does not grow with dials. That matters at the heavy pace below.

What Changes When the Team Dials Harder

The heaviest reps run 2,000 dials a day. Re-price one rep at that pace, month to month, and the order reshuffles:

VendorPlanBill at 2,000 dials a dayCents a dial
Enzo DialerStarter$1200.3
CallCloudParallel Dialer$1250.3
KlentySales Dialer Scale, billed annually$1400.3
BatchDialerPro$1890.4
ReadymodeStarter$2390.6
CloudTalkParallel Dialer add-on$266.800.6
SalesfinityGold$2990.7
PowerDialer.aiStandard Unlimited$533.801.3
TrellusPower + Parallel$819.592.0

Three things move.

CloudTalk falls from first to sixth. Its fair-use policy caps US and Canada calling at 10,000 minutes per user per month, and its Parallel Dialer FAQ says a parallel-dialing agent gets 5,000. Past a fair-use limit, minutes are charged at standard per-minute rates from account credit, and no single overage rate is published. At 2,000 dials a day the bill grows to $266.80.

Klenty climbs the plans. Its 2,000-minute Sales Dialer Pro allowance is exhausted well before 2,000 dials a day, so the bill jumps to the $140 Sales Dialer Scale plan, with its unlimited US calling. Note both Klenty prices are billed annually.

Trellus lands last. Its 3,000 Bridged Minutes per seat are pooled across the account, and a Bridged Minute is a billable minute a call leg is answered, connected or bridged. At 2,000 dials a day the bill runs to $819.59 a rep, past the pooled allowance at 4 cents a Bridged Minute.

Meanwhile the vendors whose plans are simply unlimited with no fair-use ceiling, Enzo Dialer, BatchDialer and CallCloud, do not move at all. Enzo stays at $120, BatchDialer at $189, CallCloud at $125. On the cheapest term each vendor sells, Enzo's annual Starter price drops to $99 a seat and BatchDialer's annual Pro price to $151 a seat, while CallCloud has no annual term to drop to.

The Metered Crossover

If your team's pace sits between the typical 210 and the heavy 2,000, the crossover points matter. CloudTalk's bill first passes CallCloud's $125 at about 1,285 dials a day. Klenty's passes it at about 420 dials a day. Below those paces the cheaper metered bills win; above them, the flat unlimited seats do.

One more caution: a per-minute meter bills each counted call as at least one minute, so metered bills here are a floor. CloudTalk rounds outbound duration up to the next full minute, and PowerDialer.ai rounds calls up to full minutes, with a voicemail answer able to trigger a one-minute charge. Where a vendor does not publish an overage rate, the calculator models it at 2 cents a minute.

Smaller Seats Are Not the Same Product

Skipcall, DialSheet, Mojo Dialer and WAVV do not appear in the bills above, because every plan each of them sells has fewer than five lines: Skipcall and DialSheet top out at 4 lines per rep, Mojo Dialer and WAVV at 3. A three-line seat dials fewer numbers at once, so it is a smaller product, and this site does not compare it against a five-line seat as if they were equal. Skipcall's Starter is $75 a seat a month month to month, DialSheet's Parallel dialing add-on is $19 a seat a month on top of a Pro seat at $29, Mojo's Triple Line Dialer is $139 a seat a month plus a $10 Agent Access license, and WAVV's Multi Line (Individual) is $149 a seat a month. If your reps dial from a CRM or another platform, note that DialSheet, WAVV and Trellus need another platform or account to run.

Questions

Does the cheapest team bill stay cheapest as the team dials harder?

No. CloudTalk's $360 five-rep bill is the lowest at 210 dials a day, but its fair-use policy bites at heavy pace and one rep's bill reaches $266.80 at 2,000 dials a day. A team of heavy dialers will usually do better on a flat unlimited seat.

Which vendors can a five-rep team actually buy today?

Thirteen vendors publish a price, and twelve sell at least one plan month to month. Eight of those sell a seat with at least five lines month to month: CallCloud, CloudTalk, BatchDialer, Enzo Dialer, Trellus, PowerDialer.ai, Readymode and Salesfinity. Klenty publishes a price but no month-to-month option.

What does an annual commitment save?

Enzo Dialer waives its $250 one-time setup fee on annual plans and drops Starter to $99 a seat a month. BatchDialer drops Pro to $151 a seat a month. PowerDialer.ai drops Standard Unlimited to $139 a seat a month. Klenty and Readymode also offer annual pricing, but call the savings against your own need to cancel: Enzo's setup fee makes its first month $370 month to month, and its first 12 months at 210 dials a day come to $1,690.

Where do the dialing assumptions come from?

They come from CallCloud's own fleet, which makes this site: a typical rep day is 210 dials, the heaviest reps run 2,000 a day, and a month is 21 dialing days. The calculator lets you change every one of these, so price your team's real pace rather than the typical one.

What is missing from these bills?

Five vendors publish no price at all: JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert and Kixie are quote-only, so they appear in no bill here. Orum's nine-seat minimum also means a five-rep team would pay for four empty seats before the conversation even starts.
